Friday Night Sew-in: girls nightgowns

For Friday Night Sew-in I made night gowns for the girlies three.
I used McCalls 4646
The pattern was very simple and easy to construct,
and the girlies three say it is very comfy.
I made the nightgowns out of a soft silky fabric that has a flannel backing.

waiting patiently for grandma to finish (NOT!)

oh, and they each wanted a "night mask"

I finished up just in time for them to hop into bed for a sleepover at grandma's house.

Sweet Dreams girlies

and speaking of dreams . . .

Did you dream last night?

You really are a great grandma! Just thinking of all these beautiful memories you are creating for your grandchildren, makes me weep.

When I'm a grandma (not that i'm rushing it!), I want to take a page out of your book Kaye.

These are beautiful nightgowns and and beautiful grandkids.

Jack♥

Love your header! Love the nightgowns, amazing to me because I can not sew....I am a glue and stich-witchery kinda gal. Thanks for visiting June Makes Six. Hope the sleepover was fun.

Your little girls are so cute in their new nightgowns. I love that fabric with the flannel on the inside. I wouldn't mind a nightgown of that myself. Is that a Joanne's Fabric buy or local?

I see you are also reading Millie's Fling. Want to do a review on the same day?

Those turned out so cute! I don't sew as much as I used to, but the pattern does look simple enough. Thanks for sharing.

I try not to dream--that means I was doing too much running around instead of getting my much needed beauty sleep.
