For Friday Night Sew-in I made night gowns for the girlies three.
I used McCalls 4646
The pattern was very simple and easy to construct,
and the girlies three say it is very comfy.
I made the nightgowns out of a soft silky fabric that has a flannel backing.
waiting patiently for grandma to finish (NOT!)
oh, and they each wanted a "night mask"
I finished up just in time for them to hop into bed for a sleepover at grandma's house.
Sweet Dreams girlies
and speaking of dreams . . .
Did you dream last night?

Oh my... a sleep over at grandma's AND a new nightgown? What could be better?
What cute nightgowns! I had a similar pattern I used when my dd was little.

Those are super cute! I love the fabrics you chose.
Such pretty nightgowns.
Love the material...and the sleep masks. Can you make one for me? Haha!
You really are a great grandma! Just thinking of all these beautiful memories you are creating for your grandchildren, makes me weep.
When I'm a grandma (not that i'm rushing it!), I want to take a page out of your book Kaye.
These are beautiful nightgowns and and beautiful grandkids.

Love your header! Love the nightgowns, amazing to me because I can not sew....I am a glue and stich-witchery kinda gal. Thanks for visiting June Makes Six. Hope the sleepover was fun.

Lucky, lucky girls! They looks so sweet in their new nightgowns.
You are such a great grandma...those look so comfy. You should've made one for yourself!!

Love the jammies! Where do you get your energy from?
The gowns are so pretty. I love the silky fabric. I want a mask!
Your little girls are so cute in their new nightgowns. I love that fabric with the flannel on the inside. I wouldn't mind a nightgown of that myself. Is that a Joanne's Fabric buy or local?
I see you are also reading Millie's Fling. Want to do a review on the same day?
Those turned out so cute! I don't sew as much as I used to, but the pattern does look simple enough. Thanks for sharing.
I try not to dream--that means I was doing too much running around instead of getting my much needed beauty sleep.
MQ's "Oma" (that's german for Grandma) ahs made her several pairs of pajamas, and they are favorites!
