The weather here has been gorgeous. We are enjoying a beautiful Indian Summer. The kids are still playing in the sprinklers, riding their bikes, chasing insects and jumping on the tramp. It was such a long cold spring I'm glad for a little extra summer as we head into fall.
I dug into the archives for today's picture. The girlies three had a chance to go for a few horse rides this summer. They love horses and wish they could have one of their very own.
All horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

Author unknown said a mouthful.
My 4 girls have loved and still love horses and are fortunate to have had ponies and now horses.
I have 2 minis myself. I said when I got old I wanted some ponies because I enjoyed them so much when the girls were younger.--so there! MB
Oh, what a wonderful truth. Little girls have so much love in their hearts, so precious and true. This was a great contribution!!
My sepia contribution this week is Inviting Wonder.
Happy to have visited you today :)
Aww! Precious!!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
A wonderful scene.Love it!
What a gorgeous photo, Kaye. And it looks perfect in sepia.
Janice.
A truly magical image and it's just perfect in the dreamy sepia!
I was never found of horses but the quote is perfect for little girls who love them.
That is a beautiful horse, strong but quite gentle. He teaches the girls how to ride and is oh-so patient, just trying to give the riders the confidence they need to just enjoy the ride...
Glad you (and them) are back in the saddle. I just loved that quote!
I used to wish for a horse every birthday and Christmas. I would run outside looking for it. Sad to say...I never got one!!
great photos!!
Ain't it the truth...wonderful photo! Thank you for sharing it.
Aw, that's a sweet photo. I hope some lucky horse gets some long term love from your granddaughters.
Whoohoo!
Amazing what you can do when you aren't planning weddings.
Oh one of my grand kids is going through the horses stage - a very tender stage...
I think this one looks really good in sepia. I love the quote at the end.
